Ok I am putting together a bag of goodies for my four bridesmaids. I am putting all things in them that is not wedding related. I was wonder what everyones thoughts were on making up a bag of make-up goodies from E.L.F. (EyesLipsFace.com)? If I do this will it seem like I am being cheap?

My list of things that I am going to put in the bags are:

Picture frame - (Already have)
Candles - (Already Have)
A pair of earrings -
PJ's From Victoria Secrets for the sleep over the night before
Solemates for their heels
Mini Wine or Champagne depending on their taste
Wine Glasses that are designed for them
Scarf
Personalized Note cards for each one
Custome Clothes hanger
Lotions from Bath & Body Works
Flip Flops
A small day of survival kit for each one*

*I night do just one big survival kit for everyone have not decided yet.

Those are great ideas. Its always good to shop for bridesmaids gifts the same way you would shop for their bdays. I'm going to have one master 'survival kit' for the day for anyone to use (bridesmaids, and guests once it is time for the ceremony/reception).

Well with all the other stuff you've gotten them they won't think you're cheap. However, I think make-up does not make for a great gift. People prefer certain shades/brands so there is a decent chance they will never use it.

@futuremrsfitz18: I was thinking that just one large "Survival Kit" was the best way to go. So I think that is what I am going to do.

Great Ideas!!! Solemates are life savers! My daughter had something similar except intead of pj's she did Plum Pretty Sugar Robes. She even bought me one along with her new mother-in-law. They made for some pretty getting ready photos and the girls still use them today.

I have no idea why that would seem cheap? I know the makeup is not expensive, but its good and comes in lots of fun palettes with great packaging! Do it! :)
