i like the earings idea! some other people have gone the non-jewelry route robes and slippers and nailpolish kit which i thought was a really cute idea. I'll probably do necklaces or earrings though, too.
I got my girls pashminas that they can wear at the wedding. It might be chilly, so I hope they love them! I got them in brown, an accent wedding color, so that they can also use them after the wedding.
I was really hesitant going the jewelry route because I feel like everyone has such different tastes.
Another cute idea I liked, but didn't have the budget for, was monogrammed towel wraps.

What do you think is a good one? A few things? I'm not going to go theknot.com monogram route as none of them would probably use a bag... but I want to get them something that's beautiful. Probably some earrings and ... a few other things. what do y'all think?
