I'm not wild about the 2nd necklace (it's a little trendy being a lariat)- I think the first one is much more timeless.
The pearl earrings would go well with either neckace.

I agree that the first necklace is more timeless and may apply to more tastes. I like the earrings as well, but studs might go better with the necklace (IMHO).

I vote #1 as well, it is just SO classy. Whether you get it for just the MOH or the other maids as well, just get it!

I got her daughter's name on a square shape, not the flower shape. It's VERY pretty. You could do their initials? Or leave them blank.

I'm getting them jewelry to wear the day of....pearls....
I was thinking I'd get them a pearl pendant like this one (14k gold...)

Should I go with the first pendant necklace for all the girls or the drop earrings for everyone and then the matching necklace for the maid of honor or vice versa?
Please help me I don't know what to do and don't want to ask the girls what they want.
