@TheWagners1112:  I have very bad  metal sensitivity 90% of the time the clasps dont bother me. most jewlery that “stays put” like rings and earing bother me more. i dont think this would be a problem!

PS I love this necklace can I ask where its from?

Beautiful necklace!  I have a nickle allergy and think the sterling silver clasp should be fine.  If you’re worried about it, you could always coat the clasp with clear nailpolish – that’s what I would have to do for watches and belt buckles.

Idk, with earrings I know you can dip in clear nail polish. Maybe that would work with clasps too???

It’s usually the nickel in white gold that causes the allergic reaction. Sterling silver is usually okay.

@TheWagners1112:  It doesn’t need to be white gold, which can irritate a metal allergy just like anything else.  It needs to be NICKLE FREE, most likely sterling silver.  Clasps have never bothered me before.

Could you find something with a silk or ribon tie instead of clasp.

Can your BMs not just wear their own jewelry and avoid the issue altogether?  Not sure why they have to match.  It also would allow them to show some of their personality.

@TheWagners1112:  I second the idea of a ribbon tie instead of a clasp. Very pretty and no chance of a rash.
