All of my BMs are all over the country, so when I took my last BM to get fitted for her dress at David's Bridal, we found some cute shoes that we totally fell in love with.  Here's the dress:

Bridesmaid Shoes :-( : wedding bridesmaids shoes grey silver peeptoe discontinued knox Girls Dresses

The shoes are a non-sparkly silver/pearl/greyish color in a style called Knox.  They're SUPER comfy, and the boys are wearing grey tuxes so they are a perfect match (these are white, but you get the idea):

We took some pics and e-mailed the others to let them know and get their opinions.  Initially I told them all to just get silver shoes (trying to be as laid back as possible), but when I saw some of the really sparkly silver shoes, I knew I had to be more specific.

Now, a week later, my MOH in NYC went to see the shoes and they're being discontinued!! Surprised

So now my task is to find something similar...  Non-sparkly cute peep-toed shoes that are sort of silvery greyish and comfy for all feet sizes!

    Anyone have any ideas??

Those are the shoes my girls are wearing too.  I just looked on DB's website and it says they are new.  You can purchase them online in all sizes.

angela: thank you!  there are many more sizes available online now than there were a few days ago... My MOH needs a 7.5 and that's not on there yet... so I'm going to wait a little while longer and see what pops up... I'm hoping the shoes become more popular and I'll be able to get them for everyone!  :-)

I think you should let your bridesmaid's pick out their own silver shoes.  Everyone has their own style and budget.  At least shoes you should be able to wear again.

I hope you find them! Otherwise have you checked Nina shoes? I can't speak for comfort but I'd be surprised if you couldn't get similar ones from there.

JenniB - Initially that's what I told them!  I wanted them to pick out their own dresses too!  But they've all been falling in love with the same things so they're deciding to get the same stuff!  Strange, right???  The weird thing is they're all SO different and I wanted them to be able to be themselves and not fit into some barbie doll vision I have for photos... (which I don't even have.)  I hope they're being honest because at the end of the day I just want them to be happy and comfortable so that they can help ME to be happy and comfortable!  But I guess I should be glad, considering some brides do have a vision for their girls and their bms may not want to conform... I just hope we're all comfortable and happy on the big day... (and back to the topic:  they have all told me that these shoes are extremely comfortable :-)

Have you considered waiting to buy shoes together?? We are buying shoes together the Thursday before the wedding. I really want us all (me too!) to have navy snakeskin shoes...thought it would be something different and fun. Also, the shopping spree will be a nice get away from preparation :)

Check out Blue Tux shoes: www.shopbluetux.com

They have several cute metallic shoes in silver for $29 or $15 and you can find a discount code online for free shipping. They also offer discounts for groups of bridemsaids.

My bridesmaids are wearing gold shoes and most of them found shoes they liked  on that site. Can't beat the price either! I let each woman choose her own style as she'd be more likely to wear again.

I haven't been personally, but I heard Payless has a wedding collection where they can dye the shoes any color you want, if you buy the shoes from them of course.  But I am sure that will be pocket friendly as well! It might be worth checking out.
