What if you had them carry bouquets down the aisle, get parasols for pictures and give them clutches for gifts so they can use them at the reception 
I really love pictures of bridesmaids with parasols.
Love Cole's suggestion. Plus, the bouquets will give them something to do with their hands during the ceremony.
I am planning to ahve the girls carry clutches, but with a flower pinned to it. Best of both worlds!
I'm doing bouquets and I want to give them clutches as gifts, but keep going back and forth on the whole thing. I'm so indecisive! I love the idea of parasols too, but more for me....heh.

I keep going back and forth on what the bridesmaids should carry. I love flowers and I really want them to have bouquets but I think the clutches are so cute and add a personal touch and could also work as a gift. Then again, I like parasols, too!
