YAY. Tomorrow is my Bridesmaids Brunch! I decided to have a Brunch for Bridesmaids only. The girls arent very familiar with eachother and I thought this would be a perfect way to break the ice. I am also putting together Bridesmaids folders for each maid/matoron and having a special surprise or two for each one of them. It is also gonna be my first real DIY project. Ill be sure to take plenty of pictures so that I can show my fellow Bees! …I think Im excited

Aww, that sounds fun! Half my girls are too far away to drag here unfortunately, but it’s a brilliant idea :). Being in a wedding is always kind of awkward if you don’t know the other people in the bridal party. Have fun!

Hello Beea! The brunch went well. THe folders included a personal letter to each girl, a “expectations” page, each girls duties, a few inspirational pixs, and also a notepad with a cute “ring” eraser. Ill be sure to post pixs soon. We went throuh the folder together and I was able to answer any questions the girls may have had on their duties and expectations sheet. I also have a Matron of Honor that lives out of state and Ill be mailing her folder to her. Its a great way to break the ice and provide the girls a vision of your day! As the “surprise” I had bought cupcakes form a local bakery and I toped them off with ring pops. I made flags for each BM and MOH to read “A little bling until you get your own” for the ladies not married yet, and for the ladies that ARE married the tag said “Will you be my Matron”….easy to make! Printed it on card stock, cut them out, and attached to a toothpick with regular glue…let dry and VIOLAA! custom tags and cupcakes!…..pixs to follow
