If you love the colors together and how it looks, then do it!
I personally like some kind of consistency, whether it be material, style, color, but to each their own! Do what you want! I think it's a great palatte.
Definitely not too mis-matched! I think it looks great! I love the look of various shades of the same color!

@thefuturemrsgibbs Just the 2 bridesmaids, MOH is wearing the pink colored one and Bridesmaid is wearing the garnet colored one. :o)

Phew this is so relieving, I'm going to okay it by my mom (who will probably have no opinion- that's her M.O.) So I wanted to ask people who have opinions and share them :o)
I think they look great. I have a goregous pic on my computer at home with similar colours for bridesmaids dresses and they look great (I can't remember the source so I can't even look it up at work :(

Well, they say that the MOH has to stand out from all of the BMs, so I guess it makes sense that their dresses are so different. My MOHs dress will be different from my bridesmaids but I want all the bridesmaids in matching dresses.....
No way, that looks great! To me that looks so much like a magazine spread where the dresses are "perfectly mismatched."
I think this is a great idea! These colors are great together. I think LaborOfLove brings up a good point. Can you have their bouquet stems wrapped in ribbons that match the other lady's dress? It would tie them together. Regardless, these are beautiful dresses!
i think they're pretty! but my girls dresses are very mismatched too. i'm giving them matching flowers and hoping that will tie it together.
What will their flowers be like? I like the colors together, but I would want there to be a little of the other's color on each girl, like with mutli color matching bouquets in the colors your first posted.

@Amaryllis I'm having a bright bridal boquet with all the colors where they have a mostly white bouquet with hints of the other colors. So their bouquets (as described in our contract) are
A small bouquet if ivory roses, chocolate cosmos and mixed apricot, blush, and crimson spray roses.

Who is wearing what? Since the dresses are so different, I would add some consistency with (gifted) necklaces or their bouquets...I think you could make a really cute beaded necklace w/ both colors that would flatter either neckline.

I think these colors look beautiful together! They don't match, but they definitely coorindate based on your colors and flower choices. You can always unify them with shoes/accessories in the same colors.
They look fantastic! I agree that the flowers will pull them together, and they're obviously from the same color palette, and they complement one another so well. We're trying to go for the mismatched bridesmaids too so thank you for the inspiration!

Nice colors, I think it would look nice if the girls were even so they can alternate.

Okay so I really love this combo... but it may look *too mistmatched* I told my girls to find pretty dresses from J Crew in one of our colors...
So this is what they picked...
