I took all 7 of my girls out shopping for the "perfect" bridesmaids dresses. We all agreed on Davids Bridal 81123 in Latte w/ champagne sash. Now... our isse is what color tux. My FI and i went to the tix shop the other day and saw 2 options. * Our wedding colors are chocolate brown. light pink and champagne

    1) Chocolate Brown Tux with Chamapgne vest and tie.

    2) Black tux with champagne vest/tie. Or with black vest and chmpagne tie

If you have used these dresses in your wedding and have pictures that would be GREATTTTT!

I would go with black because it's much easier to find and will be more flattering than brown.

I also say go with the black tux, and have the champagne accents, like ties, vests and pocket squares (if not doing bouts). My BM dresses are clover green, and my FI and his men are going to wear black tuxes, but with chocolate brown vests, ties, and pocket squares. Our wedding colors are clover green, chocolate brown, and cream. Hope that helps!

My FI was a groomsman at his cousin's wedding last year, they had brown almost black suits with pinstripes that you couldn't even see but it looked great! I'm in the same boat I'm having a copper/pink wedding so I'm thinking black suits might look too dark for the colors......ugh!

I think the chocolate brown tuxes would be lovely, if you can find them. Almost everyone gets black (including my wedding) and I say go against the grain if your theme allows. My FI wanted grey/silver tuxes/suits, but they didn't go with the BM dresses.

I say Chocolate Brown, because that is what I am doing.  both the girls and the guys are in Chocolate brown which is going to make my peach and coral colors pop!

    Lovin' the chocolate brown suits/tuxs!!!

If you can get brown tuxes and the girls are NOT wearing brown (it would be too much in my opinion especially if the browns are different), go for it!  My SIL & BIL's wedding was hunter green and chocolate brown and the groomsmen got chocolate brown tuxes with hunter green vests, it looked very nice.  If you have a Friar Tux (or its subsidiary, I forgot its name) near you, they have them.  They only have one style but its very nice.

My brides maids were thinking of getting this dress too but they thought that it was too fancy.. I really like this dress.. I think you really should stick with black tux.. brown does not look good on too many guys ( one of my colors are also brown and we are ditching the tuxidos)

I would say go with the black tuxes and the doing the accents on the vests and such. We are doing chocolate dresses with black tuxes and I'm pretty excited. At first I was fretting about how it would look but after looking at chocolate tuxes, it just didn't look right because then I was worried about the different browns and so on. Just got too complicated. They're definitely out there but I say go with black!
