I have found my dress. I’ve posted it quite a few times since I’m just so excited.
Here it is. My dilemma is that I do not know what type of Bridesmaids dress to get. Its an outdoor wedding in July, so I know that my girls would like a sohrt chiffon dress – but does that “go” with my dress???

@bridetobe75: Chiffon is perfect for summer weddings and will look lovely with your dress.

@bridetobe75: chiffon will go very well with your dress

Chiffon would be a lovely choice. It’ll look beautiful and I’m sure your bridesmaids will appreciate wearing a lighter fabric in the summer heat.

Even though your dress is sating, it still has a flowy light feel to it (you look amazing!!), so chiffon would be perfect!

@bridetobe75: Everything is going to go with your dress. Tea length chiffon is perfect. Weddings are getting away from the “matchy matchy” hell they used to be.

Chiffon would be great! I think it’s the best for bridesmaid dresses regardless.

I think its fine. I think I read somewhere to try to match the fabric of your Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses to your bridal gown. This is probably more in reference of a bride in a chiffon bridal gown while her BMs are in satin. This situation will make the bridal gown seem too informal and theirs formal. My dress material is organza so I went with chiffon (flowy material) for BMs so that they kind of match.

Hello everyone! Below is the mock-up of the dresses my girls got from Davids Bridal…. suprisingly Satin – but they each picke their own.
