(decided to post under a new user name incase my bridesmaids lurk here!).
I have started to get their gifts and wanted your thoughts on them.
I got them each a Michael Kors ($85) bracelet below (sorry pic so big!). And found little mirror compacts that have their first initial on them. I also bought their wedding day jewerly (from White House Black Market) so it wasn’t too expensive. And am paying for their make-up and a mani/pedi (and dinner) before the wedding. Do you think this is enough or do I need to add something to it? Because it’s a bracelet and compact it just seems small. I was thinking of getting little travel make up kits and filling it with travel items (emergency day of kit type thing). What do you think?
Should I add a little something extra for my MOH? If so, what?
Thoughts would be appreciated!

@differentbride: I love what you’ve come up with so far! I think those are great gifts. If your Maid/Matron of Honor has done a lot for you during your wedding plannings, I say go ahead and get her a little something extra – maybe something she’s been wanting?

Wow…. you are very generous….
For the maid of honor, maybe a spa gift card?

@differentbride: Anyone that knows me knows that the ideal gift for me is some kind of alcohol. I try to keep a well-stocked liquor/wine collection for entertaining, and little bar accessories are always a hit with me too 🙂

You know your bridesmaids better than we do. However, I think jewelry is a really personal choice and hard to please everyone with the same thing. I’d never wear that bracelet, and I’d feel bad that you had spent so much money on it. If this is their style, go for it.
