So my wedding isn’t until April. I have 7 bridesmaids who I already asked to be in my wedding. Due to me being lazy (lol) and a lot of the girls out of town, I just simply made a phone call and asked them to be in the wedding 🙂 now that the ball is rolling and a lot of the girls are being SO helpful, I wanted to do something nice for them. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could send them? nothing too formal or pricey since this isn’t their actual “gift,” but just somehting to let them know i am so excited to have them with me on my big day? The only idea I thought of so far is personalized tumblers with their name that also says “bridesmaid.” Would love some ideas! Thanks!

I actually just ordered shirts at 80% off from http://www.jimmyjazz.com/ I am going to do a DYI project and put each of my bridesmaids names on them with iron on rhinestone letters. (I got a Michaels craft store). This way they can wear them while getting ready! Hope this helps you!

I always like to be personal with my BMs, I made them little poems in a card, (not sure if you are creative or know someone that is that could help you) and I sent a cookie that was in the shape of a bridesmaid dress and wrote thank you! which was on the middle of the dress. it was super cute and not pricey.

I just got my pre-wedding be-my-bridesmaid gift today, so I feel equiped to answer this question! I got: a pretty wine glass, a freezer single-serve pina colada, body spray, chocolate, and the sweetest hand-written card I have ever read (seriously). I like the tumbler idea, maybe tuck a little something inside? A little chocolate, a nip bottle of their favorite liquor, something like that. Also, a hand-written note is very, very sweet. The note alone would have been enough, but the rest was definitely appreciated. I also the PP idea of the card and cookie. 🙂

I asked two in person and two over the phone and I didn’t give any of them gifts, evidently I suck as a friend. So I have no advice for you but I thought your post was very sweet and you sound like a lovely person 🙂

Why not a five dollar Starbucks gift card and a note to each girl? Easy to mail and I know I would appreciate it!

@wrkbrk: I was going to say a Starbucks gift card as well! Great minds, lol.
I don’t know what the budget is but, what about a gift card for a massage or manicure?
I’d say writing a note thanking them for accepting to be your bridesmaids…
I do like the tumbler idea.
Honestly don’t go all out since you do plan on giving them their gifts later on. Keep it simple and sweet. Just a thank you reminder…

@Mick26: Hey hunn! I’m in the same boat! getting married in June 2014!! woooo!!
This is something ive been thinking about for years! so now I finally get to put into place!! heehe
I am ordering my bridesmaids and my mom some purple silk robes with rhinestone title on their backs! my wedding colors are purple, black and diamonds so this works perfectly!! I found them for really cheap 28$ each!
I’m also going to be get them tumblers with their names and titles on them in our wedding colors for us to have a drink while getting ready! (13$ each)
The final think i’m thinking of getting them is watch sets.. I ordered myself a set to see what they look like prior to me ordering 4 of them! watch set (watch and 2 bracelets for 40$)
