I don't think it will matter at all! I'm just telling my girls to get whatever shoes they want, or wear some they already have!
it DOES make for a very nicely finished look, but I don't think it is something to lose sleep over
could make them all have the same colour......or make it your thing and tell them to all get the most out-there shoes that they feel comfortable pulling off
If you don't care that they are different, let them be different! I really don't think it will be really apparent in the pictures unless you are trying to specifically look at the shoes.
Personally, I think it looks great when bridesmaids are able to show their individual styles a little bit. I'd say let them wear the shoes they like best!
Personally, I like when shoes look somewhat similar. I dislike when one bridesmaid wears strappy sandals and another wears wedges etc. I just like more of a matched look. My BMs just wore black, satin, closed toe pumps. None were the same, but they weren't too different either.
However, it's really not a big deal. Nothing to get stressed over.
My situation is very similar to yours. I have on MOH and one bridesmaid and they are both in knee-length purple dresses. I told them they are free to use shoes they already have, but just to send me photos of them as I'd like them to be a similar shade...like gold and champagne or something. I'd be wary of the pink shoes just because they are definitely going to pop out in your photos. But again that's me. Unless the flowers you're going with are pink, then it should be fine.
We're just having my bm's wear strappy high heels with either gold, silver, or nude=ish color.
I'm letting them choose! Today, I think anything goes!
I think anything goes as well. If you're concerned that they are too different, maybe you could ask them to pick shoes of the same color and send along links with inexpensively priced shoes in your chosen color. I asked all my BMs to wear gold shoes and I've seen nearly all of them re-wear the shoes they chose since!

Ladies...I could use some advice on this one. I only have two bridesmaids, and they are both in deep purple knee length dresses but they have two different style dresses that compliment each other. Do their shoes need to match? I honestly don't really care, and my sister already has gold/champagne strappy shoes. My other bridesmaid said she saw pink shoes she loves and wanted my opinion. I don't really think it matters if they match or not, but I don't know if it would make the pictures look weird.
Any thoughts??
