I'm getting my ladies bathrobes, their hair done on the day of and I'm making personalized wood hangers for them :). I plan on the robes being in each of their fav colors!

I got them all Coach wristlets. I got a 30% off coupon on their email list and hit up the outlets. They LOVED the wristlets. Every time I see one of my BMs, they have it and I feel so good! I also got them a pound of gourmet fudge and something little that was personal to them. Get them something they want..not need (like for a wedding)
I'm giving my bridesmaids engraved jewelry boxes (as well as jewelry for the wedding. I think they'll love them, they're so pretty.
Shop for them like it is their birthday. After all, their jewelry is just as much a gift for you as it is for them, since they must wear it to the wedding. I might get my bridesmaids jewelry, but it will be to their tastes rather than mine. I also might get them pashminas, dancing slippers (the fold up ones that fit in your purse) or something all together different. Feel free to use my ideas!

Embroidered tote bags for the Bridesmaids, myself and the mothers from PamelaPosch. The bags are absolutely wonderful, very high quality - but it took months to receive them because she ships them by wedding date. I actually told her my wedding date was 3 months early so that I didn't have to wait until the last minute. I ordered 6 months before my wedding, so I didn't want to wait 5 months to receive them!
