I'm not having any. We've each chosen a person to act as our witness but we'll have no official wedding party. Many girls around here are doing the same thing! Just do what works for you. Know that you only have to have them if you decide you want them :)

Most people ask how many bridesmaids I'm going to be having. When I say none, I initially get an interested look and then they say "smart choice!"
Do what you want! No one is going to not have fun at your wedding because you don't have bridesmaids. :) Good luck!
Just curious you're having no bridesmaids or groomsmen but are you having a MOH or any flower girls or ring bearer? Ushers? Do you have a wedding party?
I don't think It's weird. I personally wanted to have bm and gm so that I can make a grand entrance.But it's your wedding and you'll be the main attraction even if you don't have a huge wedding party.
I may have a flower girl and ring bearer. I think then I will still have a grand entrance. I won't be having a MOH though.

I don't think it's necessary to have BM/GM if you don't want them. You'll likely need someone to witness/sign your marriage license, but you could just ask a couple of friends or family members. If you wanted to include family/friends in the ceremony without having a wedding party, you could always have them do a reading or something.

I'm trying to have a very simple/small wedding. I don't really want to bother with having bridesmaids or groomsman in the wedding. Is that weird? Should I still have a few in the wedding?
