If it isn't family hosting, bring a gift. Bring something small around $5-10 range. It could be a nice candle, a set of notecards, or a bottle of wine. Depends on theirs and your taste. (:
It sounds like it's a few friends hosting, right? Flowers for all the hostesses would be nice or you can bring a nice bottle of wine or champagne that they could all enjoy together. Chocolates or baked good would be a nice simple way to say thank you as well since you are talking about more than one person (and I am assuming a couple isn't hosting).
