Oh man, I really wanted to do that run this year!! Unfortunately we're going on vacation and coming back on the day of the run :( Good luck to all the ladies running it!
I did it for the first time this year. it was SO HOT!!! Hottest BSR in 31 years. But it was a fun thing for the husband and I to train for together. And we survived and did quite well...looking back on it - it was a neat experience. It's so much easier to smile about it now that I've stopped sweating!
@lotam240: Haha...I know, I keep thinking about how good it sounds right now, but I'm sure it won't while I'm running it!!
I will be running as well! Last year was super hot, hopefully this year is not as bad, but overall it's an awesome experience.
I went to sign up last week and it was sold out!! When I went to the Philly Marathon expo they estimated 4 weeks before sell out, not 4 DAYS -- boo!
Best of luck to you all! I'll be running the Cherry Blossom 10M in DC the month before instead; and I'll be cheering all of you on at BSR!

I'm signing up for the Broad Street Run ladies! For those of you who don't know, it's a 10 mile run down Broad Street in Philadelphia. I've been meaning to sign up for it every year, and I'm always too late. So, I'm signing up now so I don't have an excuse not to run it once it's here!
