warm brown shades are going to bring out the blue in your eyes. go for brown eyeliner and mascara too.
I've also noticed that gold works too. Basically you want warm colours to provide the background for your eyes to really pop.
Champagne highlight, gold on the lid, and a dark, matte, warm (but not orangey) brown in the crease. Fail safe!
