I don’t think is odd at all, maybe you can put brow assets some other way? :)
Not at all! Black is classic and goes with EVERYTHING, including brown. Like Miss Poodle said, use brown and green accents elsewhere (i.e. stationery, table linens or napkins, place cards, ribbon, etc...).
It'll be beautiful.
nah, itll be fine. Our invites were created when our colors were burgundy and burnt orange, then we changed to navy and white. Nobody will make the association, promise =o)
I don't think it will be a problem at all. Brown is also one of my colors and we were initially going to go with brown tuxes also but switched to black. We are bringing in brown with the vests and ties. Maybe you could add brown to your maids with a sash or something.

Well my date just got changed from 12/18/2010 to 01/02/2010! So I am in a time crunch but I'm sure things will all work out.
My issue is that my colors were chocolate brown and emerald green but my FI just spring that he wants to wear a BLACK and not brown suit!
Would it look odd to have invites with brown accents since my FI, bestman, and maid of honor will be wearing black?
