Post got chopped off….meant to add. I think the brownie “cake” idea is a cute alternative. It still gives you a “Wedding Cake” but just with brownies!!!

You can do it either way. You can have the brownies baked in traditional cake pans, frosted with chocolate frosting and assembled just like a wedding cake.

you can do individual pieces on a cupcake tower

or as the pp suggested you can stack the individual pieces like a cake

thats a neat idea although brownies tend to not cook well if you make them too thick so I would suggest baking many thinner layers and then stacking to make up the cake.

what a great idea! I like the look of the individual brownies myself (instead of putting them together in a ‘cake’)

@Bride2Be_Nov: When I read the title I envisaged a tower of brownie square. A cake will obviously have a different texture if it’s make like the normal depth of a cake so wont tast like actual brownie.

dooooo it :d I love brownies

Maybe you could do a small brownie-cake with frosting for the cake cutting, and then have pre-cut sqaures to feed most of the guests, for easiness’ sake
