Oh no!  You have had so much on your plate.

Please continue to be strong and know that your strength and optimism throughout this whole process has been so inspiring.  The love you have shown for your fiance is beyond moving.  I am so sorry that things are so tough right now.  I wish there was a way to take away your pain and make it all better!

*hug*  I know you could really do without it at the moment.  Silly question, but could you have fallen because you’re so exhausted?  I know I get really clumsy when I’m tired (although frankly I’m pretty bad at the best of times), and I can’t imagine you’ve been having much sleep recently.  I hope things start to look up for you xx
