Have you heard of arnica? It is an homeopathic gel or lotion that dones wonders for bruises. You can find it in tubes in most big drug stores as well as health food stores. It has no odor and really works.
There is this weird gel stuff called Arnica and that stuff makes my bruises go away super fast! I bruise really easily so I keep this stuff around so it doesn't look like my bf beats me or something lol
Try some of these ideas: http://www.mothernature.com/Library/Bookshelf/Books/19/37.cfm
If they don't go away, you could cover them up with makeup. Use a yellow-based concealer if they're that lovely purple colour, or try a pink if they are turning greeny-yellow, then powder with a colour that matches your skin. If you're having your makeup done you can ask your makeup artist for some help.
Also alternating hot /cold will push the blood out. Take a hot pack to the area for about 15 minutes (dilates the blood vessels) and then switch to a cold pack (for constriction).
I'm a Sport Class Mountain Biker who races about 9 months out of the year here in the Midwest and East Coast..... I've got plenty of bruises :-)
I am really fair-skinned too and bruise very easily--I'm clumsy so my legs always seem to have one bruise or another. I've used the arnica (mine's called "arnicare") gel which works well but the best stuff I"ve ever tried is something called "vita-k solution". It's a white cream instead of a gel. It absorbs better and doesn't smell as funny as the arnica gel. You should be able to find it at any drugstore. I usually shower quickly before bed & apply this--in a couple of days, you'll see the brusies start to heal. If they're not gone completely by your big day, they'll at least be much easier to cover up with makeup. Using the gel or cream in conjunction with the hot/cold therapy the mackinacjeni's recommending should get you very close to bruise-free for your big day! Good luck & congratulations!
I second the arnica gel. Works really well and it's not terribly expensive either (like $12 for a tube that lasst forever).

Oops, well at least you had fun getting them :-)))))))

Like some of the others above, I would suggest arnica and a light coloured industrial strength concealer. Also I've used tooth paste on bruises before when I've ran out of arnica, and it worked really well too.
Good luck :-)
I had to use makeup to cover a handprint shaped bruise on my left arm that I got 3 days before the wedding. You can still see it in a few photos... but my photographer took care of it in the important ones.
Product of a overly aggressive massage a few days before the wedding. I was a little bummed about it, but it was also kind of funny because my mom was absolutely horrified that somehow our guests would think that Mr. DG did it to me! That made me laugh more than anything!
I have one word. Dermablend makeup. You can get it at some department store makeup counters. It covers bruises and even burns.
Get thee to a dermablend counter and take a good daily vitamin which will aid in healing and try cold compresses. I've used this before.
Call your doc and see if he can give refer you to a dermatologist and get their thoughts. See what they could offer.
Hope all goes well!

A week from now I will be rehearsing with my sweetheart (about to get our grub on with some fabulous Italian goodies). I'm wearing a strapless wedding gown on my wedding day and I'm looking at the lovely bruises on my arms and smiling...wondering WHAT I'm going to do about them?
Any recommendations for bruises leaving your arms quicker? I have bruises on my legs as well, but they won't be seen so who cares, right? Just for further explanation, I'm super pale girl (that would be my super hero name) and I bruise easily so the bruises first started appearing after the pole dancing lessons at my bachelorette party two weeks ago and continued when I moved last Sunday.
HELP, FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
