My Mom is planning a brunch bridal shower for me. The reason is because it will be in the summer and its a good way to get an early start to the day so everyone can have the rest of the day to themselves. Including us!

I was wondering if there are any bees out there who have had brunch bridal showers?

If so, what did you incorporate into the shower? Any fun ideas would help so I could pass it along to my Mom.

We're planning on having breakfast quiche souffle, waffle station, fresh fruit, Mimosa's and breakfast pastries.

    What do you think?

I went to one once, and I loved it!  There was a coffee station with various flavored syrups and such we could stir in, a bunch of pastries, mini quiches, etc.  It went from about 10am-2pm.

I already had one brunch bridal shower and I am having another next month...I'm so spoiled!  It was sooo wonderful.  My girlfriend and her mother threw it at a restaurant known for its great food and outdoor patio.  We had 20 ladies, mimosas galore, and a three course feast!  She made wonderful flower arrangements with green and purple cabbages in mason jars with ribbons.

I threw one for my sister. Everyone loved it. Breakfast is always a huge hit and being able to get it out for the way for the day is a plus. The 2pm shower kills your entire day I think.

We didn't really do anything different that you would at any shower, but the time and the food.

My bridal shower was a brunch. I'm feeling extra lazy tonight so I'll just post a link to my recap...
