How about mimosas or bloody mary's? They're probably the most popular brunch drinks.
I second mimosas and bloody marys. I would probably serve those plus iced tea and probably orange juice or some other kind of juice.

My friend had freshly-made mojitos at her brunch reception. And I personally love Pimm's Cup for a summer drink.
But your sangria and bellini options sound delish!
I like the sangria idea--are you thinking red sangria, or a white sangria? Either might be nice in a pitcher. Ooooh, Bloody Mary spells brunch!
@Miss Longcoat:I'm thinking red sangria. This is because of the Bellini option, being a white wine/champagne option. I think that would be best. I know a lot of guest who love red wine =]
Mimosas are perfect, BUT, give it some color with a slice of a BLOOD Orange. The drink is very refreshing and chic.
Sangria, I get very nervous it can ruin a dress if someone spills it on them.
I agree that Sangria could get messy. But it's a chance I'm willing to take. =] No one is getting drunk (hopefully...) at my wedding, and there's no dancing. So, not a lot of opportunities for spilling. Anyway, I'm liking my list more and more. Thanks for the advice bees! =]
I would consider doing one dispenser with ice water as well.....add lime/lemon or cucumber sliced to infuse the water (plus they look pretty!).

I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what to serve as far as beverages.
And what I am thinking is this:
Having those cool little drink dispensers (like for iced tea and stuff) and having different drinks from that with signs.
The drinks that I am thinking about are:
-Sangria (like in Four Weddings...LOVED that idea)
-Bellini (in the dispenser too, would this work?)
-Lemonade
-Iced Tea
What other options should I consider? It will be in June and be hot, so I figure that having colder beverages would be best.
Any thoughts?
