FI and I have finally decided that we are going to have a late morning wedding around 1100 and then follow it with brunch at a beautiful golf course. I am in need of menu ideas. We were thinking of having a basic quiche, a couple of salads, fruit and bread. I feel like we should also provide some type of meat since it will be around lunch time but want to keep costs down. I am open to any menu suggestions you bees can give me. Thanks!!

We're doing a brunch reception, though we're heavy on the breakfast food. We're having pancakes (with maple and fresh strawberry syrup), honey-mustard glazed ham, scrambled eggs, fruit salad, hash browns and assorted rolls.

If you are looking for a meat option to add, why not try lasagna? It is fairly inexpensive and most people love it, and it would give a good option for the people who wanted lunch-type food as opposed to breakfast-type food.

@daniellemybelle - Every time I see your menu I get so jealous of your guests! It all just sounds so delicious!

I think ham is a good meat for a brunch/lunch reception. I am starting to gather menu ideas for our reception (I'm considering a brunch/noon-ish wedding) and right now I'm thinking baked ham and pan-fried chicken. Can you tell I'm a southern girl?! ;)  For sides I've been thinking hashbrown casserole, french toast casserole, quiche, grits, garden salad, fruit salad, and of course cornbread & biscuits. And I'm wanting a huge dessert table too lol.
