Oh! I have Allure c122! Unfortunately it doesn't actually have a bubble hem, it only looks like it in the picture online. The pic on the Allure website doesn't look anything at all like the dress does in reality (the real dress is much better!). But the price was $800...
... I've never seen these hems in wedding dresses! They're fantastic!

My dress had a bubble hem, but in the middle, not at the bottom. It was a little different than what you're looking at, but I loved it...
