that does seem pretty bad. did you have it steamed or something? you might want to talk to an alterer or dry cleaner.
@smitten_and_giddy:No, I haven't had it steamed...this picture was taken right after it arrived to the dress shop. I was already starting to have a little dress regret and now I am really worried as I am noticing this and how much it might stand out. :(
it is taffetta, although the top of the dress seems like a different material to me when I look at the picture on here.
It looks to me like it got wet after being sewn. Taffetta will do that puckering thing when it's gotten wet. Maybe someone steamed it and got a little carried away with how close they got the nozel to the dress. I would go back to whoever cleaned it and tell them what's what and see what they can do to make things right.

Hi bees!! Looking at my dress pictures, I have noticed parts at the top of my dress that wrinkle/bubble. Maybe I am just being picky about the dress, but I was just wondering if any of you may have any tips on how to make these areas disappear or should I just try not to let it bother me? Thanks!!!
