We to have been saving since jan 2013, we got engaged nov 2012. We are saving from each pay check till the day of the weddimg. We are paying for the wedding our selves.
try not to over think the $$ to soon. everything will always work out in the end :) i try to not stress about it by thinking of a fun/stress free part of the wedding planning like.....doing a corrographed suprise wedding party dance.

Is anyone else saving as you go along? We started planning the wedding with no money in savings, so we are saving each month and buying as we go along... Our budget is $17k for the wedding & honeymoon. When I do the math and crunch the numbers it seems feasible, but when I just look at the amount left (about $10k) I get a little worried. Anyone else? How do you minimize your stress about it?
