Awww I think it would be an amazing gift to give him while he is still overseas! You can always get him a little something else for the wedding, but I'm sure he would appreciate having such a gift while he is away from you :)
Congratulations on getting the photos done soon! I think you should give them to him when you see him, which will be a nice reunion gift and give him "something to remember you by" during your time apart. ;) I'm not sold on the idea of boudoir photos as a wedding-day gift anyhow; your groom will be surrounded by friends and relatives, making it inevitably a little awkward no matter how he receives the gift. I'm drawing a blank on what you could give him instead on the wedding day, but there are many options, just brainstorm something he'd like.
My FI says that if it were him, he'd want it now! And I think it would be a great thing for him to have while still deployed...if he has somewhere he can hide them.

I think it would be a cute gift but I would make sure not to pack it. It seems like they are opening everyone's luggage now and you don't want some people at the airport looking at your pictures!

I'm having my budoir photos done on Tuesday! I'm very nervous. Anyway, my fiance is deployed to Afghanistan and I think that this would be the perfect wedding gift. I am flying to Europe for his 2 weeks of R&R (96 days!!) and his sister thinks that I should give him the pics then. This would be in June/July and our wedding isn't until December. What are your thoughts? Give it to him in Europe or wait until our wedding day. Most likely, if I give it to him early, I'd want something else small for the wedding day, so any ideas on this also?
