Good job working out! It's great both for feeling wonderful on your wedding day and later in your marriage too!
ooooh I was just going to post about buff brides! I started the program a week ago and I wanted to see if brides further into the program were seeing results. It seems a little too good to be true; I am in shape and not overweight, and the workouts don't seem to be that challenging ... that's awesome that you're already seeing changes in your strength sboston!
I am in the end of week three and I already am seeing a change in my arms. I've been using 5 and 8lb weights.

Just wanted to come here and brag a little :) I've been doing Buff Brides for 3 weeks now and I just went out and bought a set of 10 lb weights and ankle weights. The workouts are just getting too easy with my 3 and 5 lb set! They felt really heavy when I was carrying them out to the car so I hope I didn't jump the gun by buying them!
So far this workout has really been great - I actually enjoy it so I'm never tempted to skip it!
