Buffet line timing?

I'm trying to work on my wedding timeline. Does anyone have any thoughts on how long it will take 200 ppl to go through a dinner buffet? I'm not sure yet if we will have one or two buffets set-up.

Hi rosychicklet!

I did already ask my contact there, and she was fairly vague about the timing so I was just wondering if anyone had been to one recently and could share some ideas :)

I had plated service, which I think is usually quicker than buffet, so I can't tell you buffet-wise about the timing.
