I haven't ordered from any of these places, but have them saved as favorites because I was thinking about doing this too... look around on the sites, because some of them have a ton of stuff (ie: flowersandsupplies). Walmart has the straight cylinder ones that is maybe 2 inches in diameter. they also have ones that look like this shape )_( it's about 9 inches tall with 4-5 inch diameter. the )_( ones are 3.79 each!!! FYI - each walmart stocks 6 of them at a time.
I think Michaels has the ones you are looking for. If money is no object, the wholesale flower district in NY definitely has them.

I am getting married in June, and bought 58 cylinder vases (10" tall x 3" wide) from Walmart for $3 each, and 56 cylinder vases (6" tall x 3.5" wide) from save-on-crafts for $3.21 each (that includes some insane shipping costs).
I'm using these two varying heights for floating candles, and am hoping to sell them after the wedding to recoup some costs. Let me know if you're interested in either of these heights. Shipping is really expensive for heavy glass, but I'm located in Boston, so you may be close enough to work out some sort of pick up?

I'm looking for tall (7 to 8 inches) clear glass cylinder candle holder (or vases that are at least 3" in diameter). I need about 25 of them and am looking for something cheap. Any suggestions?? I tried save-on-crafts, but they're out of the size that i need. Thanks ladies!
