I think you are being too critical of yourself. I guess I wouldn't ever think that I shouldn't put this picture up on facebook...there isn't anything wrong with it really. But working out is always good, so if it gives you motivation then that is cool.
No no no stop!! think positive! I think you look lovely in that photo. I think way too many brides lose way too much weight in the immediate lead up to their weddings, and end up not looking like themselves, or even feeling terrible on their big day cause they were far too restrictive in the lead up.
You look GREAT - keep doing what you are doing and think happy thoughts, and you'll look beautiful no matter what!!!
Can I just say that your hair is amazing? If that's your natural color, you need to bottle it and send it to me immediately because I've been trying to achieve that color with box dye for years and I still haven't found it!!
Haha, that's what my friend said.. to avoid talking about my gut. But yes it is natural, I am a ginger. My dog actually has the exact same hair color (we named her ginger). Tehe! No worries though, with the hair comes the ghostly complexion. Word.
@Mrs. Furry: Oh, I've got the ghostly down, just with a mousy blondish-brown color instead. And seriously, that position/camera angle is flattering on no one. Have you ever seen a model in an ad or spread sitting like that? Lol, no, and there's a reason for that! It sounds like you're already pretty active and healthy, I say keep it up!
You look lovely!! I would just blame the pose you had in that photo, you will have excellent posture I'm sure for your bridal portraits so no worries!
First of all, I can't even see the 'problem areas' you mention - you truly look wonderful. But alas we are always our own worst critic, and I'm guilty of it too.
Words of advice from my dear cousin who looked like a frickin' super model on her wedding day - working out will only get you so far, so doubling will probably do nothing except make you shoot past your aerobic zone, which still - does nothing for you. Actually for the best results, short 30 min workouts, with conditioning, is key.
If you're looking to shed some weight in what, a week and a half, it's all about diet. I'm sure you know all this, but no processed foods, limit carb intake and nix carbs entirely after 7pm. Think lean protein and veggies. Fiber will do wonders, while fish oil and green tea supplements will increase your metabolism (you can find them all at your local drug store in the vitamin/dietary supplements aisle). Also, that white wine in your hand in the picture? Forget it along with beer, hard cider, mixed drinks, etc. The best you could do is a vodka seltzer with red wine running an ok second.

So we all know the pressures of a bride to be thin and gorgous on her wedding day. Well I just saw this picture of me at an engagment party up on facebook:
