If you are planning a wedding or a funeral, don’t use Bunches Direct. I had a HORRIBLE experience when I received the flowers the day before for my son’s wedding and half of them were rotting, brown and unusable. I tried to contact them, got no response; tried to send them pictures, as outlined in their policies, but they were rejected by their server as “spam”. When I finally reached someone by telephone, she blatantly lied and said they tried to call me and they emailed me – which they didn’t (I have my records). Needless to say, we had to throw out all of the corsages, two of the bouts, had to completely tear apart the two bouquets and remake them with new flowers I had to buy at the store. They have their business set up so that you can’t possibly get in touch with them as per their policy and apparently they don’t care. So, I could have just as eaily thrown $142.00 cash in the trash because that’s what happened to half of the flowers we ordered. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. One day before the wedding and we were scrambling to put together bouquets and corsages, etc. What a nightmare!
