My friend Taraleigh was just married in July - the reception was in Charlotte and the hotel blocks were in Burlington. She used big yellow busses to transport everyone! I think it may have been Fletcher Allen Transport? But I am not sure. I know there are quite a few transportation services with all kinds of price ranges.
Update:
it was Mountain Transit that she used - in Milton, VT.
We're using Mountain Transit as well - they were by far the most economical of all the transportation options I looked into!

Hi everyone!
We just decided on a venue in Shelburne (All Souls Interfaith Gathering) for August 2011. We are so excited but now we have to figure out what to do with all of our guest. We are from NY, so most of our guests will need hotel rooms. I wanted everyone to stay in Burlington since it is such a great place. I also wanted to provide transportation for my guests to get to the wedding. I contacted Burlington School district and Chittenden South School District. Neither rent out their buses.
Does anyone know if there is a hotel in Burlington that has a shuttle? If not, can anyone recommend a bus rental?
