I don’t know if you want to go this route, but you can use vistaprint. They have all sorts of templates for business cards (and if you get them through one of their deals you only pay for shipping).

Microsoft Word has a business card template.  It’s so super easy to use.  I have Photoshop and Illustrator and I ended up deciding that it would just be faster and easier to use Word, and it was.

I went the Vista Print route.  They look great and I didn’t have to do a lot of work, plus I only paid for shipping (250 were free)
