I've been struggling with this as well. I say no necklace though. I think there is enough detail on your dress that a necklace isn't needed and takes away from it.
No necklace. I love a naked neck with a stapless gown. I am going naked as well :)
I'm wearing different jewellry to the ceremony and the reception, so you could always mix it up and have it both ways =)
I say no necklace...I'm wearing a strapless dress too and I think I'm doing earrings and a bracelet.
I think everything is delicate and simple enough that you can wear all three without detracting from anything.
Are you wearing a veil?
I say no necklace, but as others have said it's so delicate that it doesn't distract either way.

@sheilad72: Agreed, I don't care for necklaces with a strapless dress and prefer the naked look. I would personally just wear the earrings and nothing else (that is what I am doing) but then again I am a bit simpler when it comes to jewelry.
Thanks Bees!! I decided on just the earrings and bracelet. And my jeweler was able to resize the bracelet and changed out the clasp to something awesomely vintage and made it 100 times prettier!! Yay!!

Had my 3rd fitting tonight, and although I left a tiny bit bummed because I need a 4th (need to let out the newly applied darts in the bust area a bit.. Mama needs to be able to take a deep breath, and the armpit spillage was a little disconcerting)... I was able to make some crucial decisions.
Shoe dilemma solved (sorry for anyone that voted for the blue in my previous post, I went with the black). I had my MOH with me, she was having her first fitting. And my dress next to her in her black dress with my new blingy black shoes = SOLD.
Bracelet picked (anyone that read my previous posts, I picked the one that matches my earrings...now to find a jeweler that can make it a touch smaller).
But, I am stuck with this question: To necklace, or not to necklace?? I like it both ways. Help me out please.
