What do should I ask when buying a wedding dress online? I have a feeling I will find my dress on Etsy (I loooove the vintage!!), and I need to know what to ask before I make a purchase and what I need to look for in a dress that I cannot try on beforehand. I know I should go to a local wedding dress tailor (is there an official name?), but I am self-employed and work a lot of hours. Any tips will be awesome!

Take your measurements (bust, waist, hips) and make sure the dress you buy is too big so that you can have it altered. If it's too small, it will be much harder to get the fit just right.
