Although I did not order a dress from Milly Bridal I had a friend who ordered her bridesmaids dresses and she was happy with them. I agree with the advice given. Below are to links to wedding message board dedicated to peoples experience with two different companies in China.

I was going order my dress from Milly but as of now I don't think I'm going order a dress from them.  I was lucky that when I asked Milly for dress quote the sales person told me that someone else had placed a custom order for them same dress I wanted made. So I decided to wait and see how the other person's dress would turn out before placing my order. I just pictures of the final product and from the pictures I don't think that they can come close enough to my inspiration dress.
