I don't have a pic. of me in the dress, but I found this really great place online that produces wedding dresses made here in USA, in NJ actually, that are well made, inexpensive, and run the gammet of sizes. Did i say inexpensive? my Dress is the one below from Julius Bridal. Now they Do run a bit small, so i would order a size up at least, but the corset one's leave plenty of room to make it smaller once you put it on. My fit perfect right out of the bag. It came longer then was expected, it was in the short dress section, it came with room for altertions with length and straps (not sewn in, perfect for alterations). It has semi firm boning and a built in bra as well as a corset back.

now although it was a "short gown" i'm 5'4'' and it arrived full length for me, so i bet on someone 5'10'' or taller it would be a great tea length dress.. my seamstress could easily shorten it, but i fell in love with it right away, as you will see why. Not only was the quallity absolutely excellent, but the price is unbelievable. $199 for the dress! Now I ordered mine way in advance, give it 2 months to make and ship, but also because i wasn't sure i was going to like the dress at all, being wary of online dresses. I have been to bridal salons, and had a backup dress picked out, althogh no where near as perfect or cheap, but no need to go with it. so if you're a plus size bride and having difficult finding a dress, check it out. Most of their dresses they offer in colors as well as white. They actually make the dress for you depending on your order.
