The Mosaic Space right on Division near fulton in BYOB. It was a close call between that and the place I went with. Its a really cool venue and brand new. Wood floors, brick walls, exposed ceilings. They have packages for everything - DJ, bartenders, linens, catering ect but you provide your own alcohol.
