I just finished week 1… hahaha sounds so funny!  It’s actually been quite easy for me, but I know that will change quickly πŸ™‚

Ok you guys, I am about to do my 3rd run for week 1 and it is seriously killing me.  I have no idea how you do it!  I’m not that overweight… I am terrified of week 2 πŸ™  and then yesterday someone said you have to run 35 miles to lose 1 pound and I’m not sure if it is worth it!!!

@ten.ten.ten  Who said you have to run 35 miles to lose one pound? You have to burn 3500 calories (can be a combination of eating less calories and burning some thru excercise if you want). Running in one hour will burn approximately 500-900 calories for newer runners. So you can easily lose 1-2 lbs per week (healthy amount to lose weekly) by running 3 days per week and lowering your caloric intake.  It’s worth it! Don’t give up! πŸ™‚
