My husband and I started the C25K this week so that we could get in shape. It just so happens we will finish the program right before our first wedding anniversary, so that is a little extra incentive to get in shape. I decided to start a blog about my journey here.
I know other people here have been doing this program. Is anyone else starting it this week? How has it been for you? We should help keep each other on track! 🙂

Awesome! I am actually on week 7, day 3 of C25K. My fiance and I started it around the beginning of the year and haven’t looked back. It has been a lot of fun to do together.
My only issue is I tend to take more than one rest or two rest days. 🙂 But I get right back on track and rarely have a problem.
@Adriana.Niva – You’ll do great! I think the key is to focus on endurance and not speed. I started off at 6.0 mph and am now running 25 minutes very comfortably at 5.7 or 5.8 mph. Good luck!
