@kdane: Good luck tonight and I’ll cross my fingers for good weather for you!

@FloretteLiz: It’s going to be the same here in PA this week, too. 90’s all week with heat index temp’s in the 100’s. I don’t run outside, yet. I’m using the treadmill. Do you have another way (treadmill) to run when it is hot? Or how about running in the morning?

@FloretteLiz: We have the same weather in Mass, I just slow my running down and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Before after and during my run. I never make it as far mileage wise on days that are hot, hazy and humid. But I feel great once I am done, and that’s the goal. Even if you only do 1/2 the plan that day at least you were out there. Remeber HYDRATE

@Jenn23: Thanks Jen. I am hopeful but they just posted thunderstorm warnings from 3-8 pm. Prime running time… dang it.

@kdane: Did you get the run in? I hope so! I did my 2nd week Day 1 run last night and it went well! No soreness at all today and I ran faster last night than the first 3 runs. Feels good! 🙂

@FloretteLiz: I can see how you’d be tempted to go back to sleep. I am NOT a morning person. I’m definitely a Night Owl. 🙂
