My Fiance and I are starting the Couch to 5k program today when I get off work. I have not had any luck with running in the past and I am very prone to dizziness and even fainting so I am TERRIFIED. I am really just anxious because I want to be able to do it so bad that I just know how frustrated I will be with myself if I fail. This is my white whale. I intend to succeed. Wish me luck!

Good luck! I had to stop in week 3 because my knees were hurting so bad (I later found out it was because I overpronate and didn’t have supportive shoes). One of these days I’m going to start up again. Wishing you lots of success! 🙂

@AudzinLuv:Oh no! Yeah the first day I did it my hips and ankles hurt SOOOO bad (I have, really really, bad joints) but it was also because I had bad form. Luckily, my fiance is a marathon riunner and could instruct me, if you try to start again I would definitely look up good form and try really hard to run that way because the second day I did it (with proper form) and I have literally, like no pain. Tonight I’m going to day three! I’m so excited!!
@tea: I never could run before, starting this program actually made me realize I had a problem, went to the doctor, turned out I had asthma. He gave me an inhaler and now I’m running like a champ!! Thanks for the well wishing!
