My fiance and I are getting married in Las Vegas and are having a nice ceremony and reception on a Saturday in June. Instead of a rehearsal dinner his parents are hosting a "Cabana Day" at the hotel pool on the Friday before the wedding. My questions is how do we word the invitation? The details: His parents are hosting it. It will start at 11am, but it is essentially a drop-in as we will probably be out there all afternoon. Snacks/lunch will be served buffet style. It will be the first time some of the extended family members from both sides are meeting each other. There is no actual wedding rehearsal. Any suggestions are appreciated.
