You could try Whole Foods or Capers bakeries, I am not too sure if they'd do actual wedding cakes tiers and all, but I'm sure they could come up with something, maybe three smaller cakes or something. Good Luck!
The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts does wedding cakes. I have no idea if they do any vegan ones, but it might be worth inquiring. http://www.picachef.com/cakes.html

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a tasty vegan wedding cake made. There was one company who did such a thing, but I see by their website that they are relocating to the OK and are no longer taking orders. *sobs*....
