My Mother-In-Law to be is making out wedding cake that will be used as dessert at our wedding. She lives in Ireland, so tasting is out of the questions. Both of us are not picky, just want to make sure it tastes amazing. We have had her cake and fondant before, so I am not worried.
I have been trying butter cream recipes on my own (at first I wanted raspberry), but fine them all to taste too much like sugar icing.
I like the lite, fluffy, not too sweet (cause there’s fondant too), mousse like icing that you can get from professionals, but can not find a recipe.
HELP! Need to find a Cake Boss-esk type icing….
