Our wedding photographer has a blog where she has an awesome picture of centerpiece cakes posted. Just go to http://blog.angeleyesphotography.com/ and scroll down to the pictures from April and Bob's wedding. You'll LOVE Them - the colors are beautiful! Also, look at the website for Creative Cakes in Chicago, IL. If you go to their gallery and scroll through the wedding photos, they have a couple photos of centerpiece cakes as well. Good luck - I think this is the BEST idea!

Lilhawkeye2 - thank you so much for the link! You were totally right - I love their cake centerpieces and the colors are gorgeous! I'm totally adding this photo to my "cake centerpiece inspiration" folder!
GoIzzy - I'm assuming you've been to weddings where they didn't use nice pedestals? I'm curious to know how else the cakes could be presented other than using cake stands...

i am considering having small cakes as centerpieces, and am searching for pictures of ideas/examples. pictures of real weddings, magazine pics, examples on blogs, etc... any or all will do! does anyone have any clue where to find some cake centerpiece inspiration? thanks!
