It looks really awesome with the natural theme.

R these branches gonna be from an actual plant? If it’s fake, it’s probably gonna be okay. If it’s real branches from a plant, make sure that it’s not from a toxic plant, it’s pesticide-free, and if the florists can do it, attach the branches to plastic picks before inserting them into the cake. I didn’t like that my flowers were directly inserted into my cake…

I think that cake is absolutely gorgeous! Plus, it’s a little different than the other cakes out there. Go for it!

i like the birds but not big on the branches, maybe just branches at the top as part of the topper?

I think it is a lovely cake, and I think little branches are fine, just insist, maybe get in writing, that the branches for the cake will be cleaned and groomed before getting stuck in.

I think it’s pretty! I’m sure that the baker will ensure the branches are clean for you. Go for it!

I voted “Yes”, but I may be the wrong person to ask being that I would eat cake off the floor (I love sweets), but I say go for it!  It looks awesome!!!

I think it’s a pretty cake, but I think it would look better with less branches.  Maybe just a branch for each bird rather than all over the cake?

In any event, I wouldn’t be weirded out by eating a cake with branches on it. 🙂

I’d eat it. I’d be even more excited if the branches were made out of chocolate & I could eat those. If you think branches might bother some people you could also have the decorator paint branches on the cake. It would be a little different but the same style.

I doubt anyone would think twice about it

It’s pretty! I don’t understand why anyone would be weirded out by the branches. Obviously they aren’t intended to eat and have to be removed before the cake can be sliced and served. If the baker follows the placement of them in the picture, they don’t touch the areas people will be eating.

I’d eat it. BUT if a real twig/branch left any funkiness (like dirt, bark, etc) smudged off in the frosting, you can bet I’d leave that bit on the plate.

    Pretty cake though!
